automobile neutre en CO2<\/h4>\n<p>La plus grande usine Volvo Trucks au monde est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Gand, en Belgique. Plus de 40 000 camions y sont produits chaque ann\u00e9e. En installant des syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques, trois \u00e9oliennes, des syst\u00e8mes de chauffage durables et en construisant une maison passive, l'usine est devenue la premi\u00e8re usine automobile au monde \u00e0 ne pas \u00e9mettre de CO2.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 le principal moteur pour commencer \u00e0 remplacer l'\u00e9clairage par des LED en 2017. Depuis 2019, nous travaillons en \u00e9troite collaboration avec Rudy Van Leeuwen, Real Estate Manager Electrical Installations Volvo Trucks, pour doter le site de production de Volvo Trucks d'un syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9clairage \u00e0 LED. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helvar.be\/fr\/solutions\/imaginer-des-helvars\/\"><u>Syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'\u00e9clairage DALI<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 &#091;&#093;\">\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-m7d79ku2-e85d465778a60328239b753ca017e03b'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\"Nous ne recherchons pas des fournisseurs, mais des partenaires qui partagent notre philosophie.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rudy Van Leeuwen<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-m7d7cqgq-94f6e6f260aa563d802a955b7d95a3a9'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h4>Pourquoi Volvo a choisi Helvar<\/h4>\n<p>Les principales raisons qui ont pouss\u00e9 Volvo Trucks \u00e0 choisir un syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'\u00e9clairage Helvar sont ses capacit\u00e9s d'\u00e9conomie d'\u00e9nergie, la collecte de donn\u00e9es et la flexibilit\u00e9. L'application de contr\u00f4les et de capteurs temporels garantit une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique optimale. <u><a href=\"https:\/\/webshop.helvar.be\/329-daglichtsensor-ip65\">Capteurs de lumi\u00e8re Helvar 329<\/a><\/u>mesurent la quantit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re du jour et, sur cette base, l'intensit\u00e9 lumineuse dans les halls est maintenue constante.<br \/>\nAfin de cartographier correctement la consommation d'\u00e9nergie, les luminaires sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de pilotes DALI-2. Ces pilotes disposent d'une m\u00e9moire de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 laquelle on peut acc\u00e9der par l'interm\u00e9diaire de l'interface utilisateur DALI-2. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helvar.be\/fr\/solutions\/perspectives-helvetes\/\"><u>Plate-forme Helvar Insights<\/u><\/a> peut \u00eatre lue. Les heures de combustion peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre lues. En r\u00e9duisant l'intensit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9clairage et en mettant en place un contr\u00f4le de la lumi\u00e8re du jour, les heures de combustion sont consid\u00e9rablement prolong\u00e9es, ce qui permet de r\u00e9aliser d'importantes \u00e9conomies et de r\u00e9duire l'empreinte \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie, la flexibilit\u00e9 a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 un facteur important dans le choix du syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'\u00e9clairage Helvar. Le syst\u00e8me peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment et de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9es \u00e0 tout moment. Cela permet d'assurer un fonctionnement correct aujourd'hui et demain.<\/p>\n<h4>Contr\u00f4le du blanc accordable<\/h4>\n<p>Les zones de production sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es d'un \u00e9clairage blanc accordable que nous contr\u00f4lons \u00e0 l'aide d'un syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9clairage dynamique. <u>Cycle de la lumi\u00e8re dans le temps (LoT)<\/u>. Le laboratoire Light &amp; Lighting de la KU Leuven, en collaboration avec Groen Licht Vlaanderen et Zumtobel, a men\u00e9 des recherches sur l'effet de l'\u00e9clairage biodynamique sur le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s. Il s'agissait de tester trois types d'\u00e9clairage diff\u00e9rents. L'\u00e9clairage LED standard avec une couleur de lumi\u00e8re fixe, l'\u00e9clairage Tunable White et l'\u00e9clairage Human Centric avec plus de 1 000 lux verticalement. L'\u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 que l'\u00e9clairage centr\u00e9 sur l'humain a un effet positif dans un environnement de production. Apr\u00e8s avoir analys\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats, Volvo Trucks a choisi de mettre en \u0153uvre le Tunable White dans l'ensemble de l'usine, dans la mesure du possible. L'\u00e9clairage favorise ainsi le biorythme des travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Volvo a de grandes ambitions pour l'avenir.
