sur le Logistic Park Moerdijk. Le centre de distribution sera divis\u00e9 en 10 halls et disposera de 136 quais, d'un si\u00e8ge social et de 5 entrep\u00f4ts, de 4 entr\u00e9es et de plus de 1 000 places de parking sur le toit.<\/p>\n<p>Bras Elektrotechniek, responsable de l'installation \u00e9lectrique, nous a charg\u00e9s de fournir et de mettre en service le syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'\u00e9clairage.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Contr\u00f4le intelligent de la lumi\u00e8re et de l'ombrage<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L'\u00e9clairage de l'entrep\u00f4t et des bureaux sera contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par notre syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'\u00e9clairage Helvar Imagine. Pour l'\u00e9clairage de l'entrep\u00f4t, nos capteurs sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans les lignes lumineuses Veko. Cela permet de cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau de capteurs optimal qui garantit que l'\u00e9clairage est toujours allum\u00e9 lorsque c'est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Notre plateforme ucontrol est utilis\u00e9e pour les op\u00e9rations manuelles. Le logiciel fonctionne sur plusieurs \u00e9crans tactiles qui permettent de contr\u00f4ler manuellement l'\u00e9clairage des halls. L'avantage de ce logiciel est qu'il est bas\u00e9 sur le web, de sorte que l'\u00e9clairage peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre command\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de n'importe quel appareil.<\/p>\n<p>Pour commander les stores, nous fournissons des actionneurs motoris\u00e9s de Zisco. Ceux-ci sont ajout\u00e9s au syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'\u00e9clairage par le biais d'unit\u00e9s de relais, de sorte que tous les syst\u00e8mes peuvent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re simple et conviviale.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>BREEAM<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le nouveau DC est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 selon les normes BREEAM-NL Excellent. Le syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'\u00e9clairage y contribue \u00e9galement. Les capteurs de lumi\u00e8re du jour, par exemple, ajustent l'\u00e9clairage de l'entrep\u00f4t en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re ext\u00e9rieure. L'\u00e9clairage ext\u00e9rieur et de la fa\u00e7ade est \u00e9galement commut\u00e9 par des programmes d'horloge automatiques afin de ne pas \u00e9clairer inutilement.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Int\u00e9gration et suivi<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Dans les bureaux, le syst\u00e8me de gestion de la lumi\u00e8re est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la GTB bas\u00e9e sur BACnet. Ainsi, nos capteurs peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour contr\u00f4ler le syst\u00e8me climatique.<\/p>\n<p>Nous relions \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes par le biais d'unit\u00e9s d'entr\u00e9e afin de pouvoir afficher les notifications de pannes sur nos \u00e9crans tactiles.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Coop\u00e9ration et pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Comme il s'agit d'un projet de grande envergure, nous pensons qu'il est important de bien le pr\u00e9parer et de travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec Bras Elektrotechniek. C'est pourquoi nous nous effor\u00e7ons de fournir au personnel de Bras impliqu\u00e9 toutes les informations techniques dont il a besoin, et ce le mieux possible. Pour ce faire, nous organisons par exemple des formations sur place. En outre, nous pr\u00e9parons d\u00e9j\u00e0 un maximum de choses au bureau afin de pouvoir travailler efficacement sur place.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p><em>Impressions d'artistes :
