De Cacaofabriek in Helmond, formerly known as De Koninklijke Nederlandsche Cacaofabriek, is a versatile venue with a pop stage, film house, exhibition rooms, brasserie and creative workplaces. We realised the lighting management system for this special place.
The lighting is controlled by multiple routers and operated centrally via a 21-inch touchscreen. The brasserie and function rooms also have their own service, so the right atmosphere can be chosen for each situation.
The offices are fully automated with presence sensors, which saves energy and is very convenient for users. For the exhibitions, a flexible solution with pulse switches was chosen so that the lighting can be easily switched per work of art or zone.
Finally, our 490 controller shading and light, for optimal comfort throughout the building.
